How to turn on windows defender in windows 10

          Windows Defender turned off by group policy

    Recently,I detected  a problem while turning on windows defender. I couldn't turn on windows defender in regular way i.e from control panel. While accessing on my windows defender I got error message  "The app is turned off by group policy".

 Windows defender automatically turns off if you have another antivirus software installed and is  running on the background of your system. Here is the method that I solved my problem in accessing the windows defender.

1.      Press win + R
2.     Type  regedit and press enter
3.     Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHIN
4.     Open software
5.     Open policies
6.     Open microsoft
7.     Open windows defender
8.     On the right side delete that blue icon i.e disable spyware or something.
9.      Now u can simply turn on your windows defender.
